Build Value-Creating Relationships with Cleantech leading Experts, Entrepreneurs and Investors

The Cleantech Venture Forum will take place on 29 September 2008 in Linz, Austria.

Technological-proliferation together with rising energy costs and tougher environmental regulation are bringing about an ever-increasing number of real market opportunities in clean-technology. Evolutionary rather revolutionary technologies have become the norm.

Stronger corporate active interest is demonstrating to investors that cleantech is a compelling opportunity. Combined with continued entrepreneurial focus, the sector quality and potential elevate to new heights.

Join the Forum as we showcase Europe’s most dynamic cleantech innovators and leaders in their field!

The Forum is organised by Europe Unlimited. Since 1998 the company has successfully established the European Tech Investment Forum (17 editions) focusing on information and communication technologies and the Biotech & Finance Forum (13 editions) focusing on life-sciences. The company has extended its activities to include Cleantech since 2006.

We wish to thank the Cleantech Group for allowing us to use the name, Cleantech Venture Forum, for this event as part of a wider collaboration agreement. Founded in 2002 as the Cleantech Venture Network, the Cleantech Group offers leading data and research services, in addition to its 5 annual worldwide Cleantech Forums, to the world’s largest cleantech network of investors, growth companies, corporations, and service providers. We are pleased to be working together.

As a semi-final host, the Cleantech Venture Forum is part of the 2008 Eurecan European Venture Contest (EEVC). The Top 3 companies, as selected by a panel of leading industry experts and financiers, will have the honour of representing the region at the grand final of the EEVC in Barcelona in December.
